5. Luego con el queso crema y la nata a ​temperatura ambiente, batimos la crema con el ​azúcar y reservamos. En otro recipiente batimos ​el queso crema y le añadimos la crema, ​integramos las dos cremas. Cortamos el durazno ​en gajos, colocamos la crema y enrollamos. ​Decoramos con un poco de crema en la parte ​superior con trozos de fruta ¡y listo!

1. Precalentamos el horno a 180ºC o 350ºF, tomamos un bol ​colocamos los huevos (conviene cascarlos uno a uno para ​corroborar que estén sanos, en otro recipiente y luego sumarlo a ​la mezcla), agregamos el azúcar y batimos e integramos. Luego ​agregamos el zumo, la ralladura y la mantequilla derretida o ​fundida, mezclamos. Por último añadimos la harina, quedará una ​masa lisa, líquida y sin grumos.

2. Preparamos la bandeja con un poco de materia grasa, colocamos el ​papel manteca y engrasamos, por último vertemos la preparación en ​el molde.


3.Horneamos a 180ºC durante unos 15-18 minutos. Debe quedar cocida ​pero sin llegar a dorarse.


4.Luego sacamos la masa, colocamos otro papel de horno encima y le ​damos la vuelta con mucho cuidado.
